The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our client’s CEO and additional executives, including the President of Research. This
Contract-to-Hire
opportunity offers
$35-$40/Hour!Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO’s and other executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and prioritizing appointments.Organize and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Schedule, prepare, and set up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary materials and technology are available.Process and code invoices using accounting systems such as SAP.Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and other tasks as needed.Required Qualifications:Proven experience supporting C-Level Executives and Directors.Experience with international travel arrangements and executive support is highly desirable.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented with a quick turnaround time for requests and assignments.
