Wolf Creek Generating Station is Kansas' first nuclear power generating station, providing electric generation for Evergy and KEPCo. Wolf Creek has been safely providing clean, reliable energy to the citizens of Kansas and Missouri since 1985. The plant generates about 1,200 megawatts of electricity, which is enough energy to power more than 800,000 homes.What we are looking for:
Wolf Creek has an immediate opening for a full-time Project Manager, to work within the Regulatory Affairs group based in Burlington, KS. The Project Manager will actively engage and oversee implementation of:10 CFR 50.69, Risk-Informed Categorization and Treatment of Structures, Systems and Components for Nuclear Power Reactors, for Wolf Creek.NEI 06-09, Risk-Informed Technical Specifications Initiative 4b.AP 29-009, Surveillance Test Risk Informed Documented Evaluation (STRIDE) Process.Scheduled Work Hours/Location:
We offer a 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday, with a hybrid remote option to work from home one day per week on Monday.Benefits:
