Come join us as we build a best-in-class global multi-disciplinary team across artificial intelligence, machine learning, design, advanced software and hardware engineering, strategy, venture investments, sales, marketing, and partnerships.Come join Kohler Ventures as Sr. Fullstack Engineer, as we build a best-in-class global multi-disciplinary team across artificial intelligence, machine learning, design, advanced software and hardware engineering, strategy, venture investments, sales, marketing, and partnerships.In your role as Sr. Fullstack Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will:Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.Design web applications with cloud backend that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase.
Skills/RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in one or more prominent programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.Experience with PostgreSQL databases.Demonstrated understanding of web application security.Availability to work outside of regular business hours as needed to collaborate with teams and vendors located across multiple time zones and ability to travel to South Korea 2-4 times/year.Preferred QualificationsExperience on Design, Development, Optimization of Sitecore application.Technical experience in systems engineering at scale with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, or full stack development leveraging AWS to deploy highly scalable cloud applications.
