Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an outstanding eCommerce Search Supervisor, someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple partner relationships. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled eCommerce Search retail media professional to drive positive outcomes for our Lactalis client. Supporting brands like Stonyfield, Siggi’s, President Dairy, etc.The Supervisor, Strategy will work as a member a cross-functional team with ownership of e-commerce strategy and activation. They are responsible for building and maintaining an effective and productive relationship with the client. The Supervisor will support our dedicated commerce team in the creation, optimization, and execution of client’s e-commerce initiatives. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed e-commerce knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. They will assist the Director and/or Vice President in driving strategic success within the team as well as helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives. The Supervisor will work in partnership with our Commerce Investment team on media plan development to ensure plans follow holistic commerce strategies and align back to objectives.Role Objectives:Assumes accountability and ownership of marketplace commerce search program successes and failures (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, Citrus, Instacart, etc.)Owns the strategy and planning process as well as activation of e-retail search programsMonitors performance in order to leverage learnings for future strategic recommendationsInterfaces with other team members to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clientsKeeps management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the businessDirects the workflow of all client programs, including initiation of projects across departmentsReviews client deliverables for quality and ensures that recommendations and work product are sound and viableCreates digital account strategies and plans for each clientProvides excellent communication via phone, emails and direct contactEffectively creates and delivers client presentations and provides thought leadership to clientsCommands data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programsResponsible for client billing and coordinating AR and AP with financeEmbraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosityAdopts stated account management standards and program management best practicesAssists in training, mentoring, and developing team membersAssists in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the groupQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent3+ years of media management experience with an emphasis on e-commerce platforms1-2+ years of experience managing paid search or sponsored ad campaigns with strong understanding of the search landscape (paid and organic) preferredAbility to manage people is a plusStrong cross-media planning background; digital planning capability, including retail and/or Amazon, is highly desiredExperience with Pacvue, Skai (Kenshoo), Criteo, Citrus or other bid management software is a plusDeep knowledge of key retailers, their ecosystems, and go-to-market strategiesExperience in Consumer Package Goods industry (CPG) preferredExpert use of industry tools, and ability to learn and utilize Publicis Groupe proprietary toolsHigh cultural awareness and sensitivityComfortable navigating up, across, and diagonally; capable of voicing a strong POV with senior audiencesExcellent project-management skills; able to manage multiple projects & peopleSkilled writer capable of drafting pitch-ready communicationHigh versatility and agility to work on projects across industries, markets, and agenciesEntrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation
