Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist organizes and processes financial information from sales representatives and manages a wide range of administrative and client support activities. They will also oversee standard security procedures for handling sensitive financial information and maintain data privacy to serve homeowners to the best of their ability.

The ideal candidate possesses proficient attention to detail and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.

Total Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly + monthly bonus opportunitiesNew hires become bonus eligible after 90 days of employmentBonus is based on approval ratings (Total # of approvals / total # of Approvals & Denials)Average bonus is $375 per month; maximum bonus earned is $500 per monthJob Duties/Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain direct communication with general managers, financial lenders, and assigned sales representativesProcess a high volume of new client business transactions daily - Calculate and analyze job costing to determine if lender approvals are within financial guidelinesReconcile any discrepancies or errors identified during project completion and funding review - Data entry/collection for various financial spreadsheetsPrepare reports and materials for the Finance ManagerAnswer both internal project team and external client questions regarding financing statusQualifications:

Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressureExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within the finance departmentObtains a solutions-based mindset to resolve problemsAbility to meet/exceed production standardsBenefits:
