Product Marketing Manager

Telemecanique Sensors, a YAGEO company, has more than 90 years of expertise and is recognized as a worldwide specialist in the field of sensors. We cover the wide environment of sensors from electro-mechanic to electronic products and from detection to identification and distance measurement. We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager in our Dayton or Detroit locations. The Product Manager will be directly responsible for the management and execution of assigned Telemecanique products and product families for sale within North America and Canada.
Job Attributes:
Rollout of assigned new products in North America, including marketing material, playbook, promotional tools, pricing, and targeted applications and OEMsUnderstand assigned product's value proposition and externalize to the US and Canada sales team for customer, OEM and distributor promotionAbility to understand and receive customer input and business needs to provide feedback for assigned products.Previous experience with industrial automation solutions, including control system architecture, sensor selection and design, and industrial applicationsExecute new product strategies to drive Telemecanique market share growth, including information for tailored regional and application specific developmentCreate competitive pricing for rollout of new products. Gather market intelligence for competitive pricing feedback and initial forecast projections. Create initial stocking and forecasting package for new products, or conversion tables for product updates.Collaborate with global product managers, engineers, and manufacturing to highlight local wins and success storiesProvide commercial and application support for post-sale product opportunities, including quality or custom modificationDriving marketing for lead management and generation, including tradeshows, advertisements, search words or other campaigns, with KPIs for monitoring revenue from activities.Job Qualifications
Proven history of rolling out new products in a diverse organizationHistory with Salesforce or ERP to collaborate on opportunities, wins and funnel activityGood communication and organization skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and verbal communication skills for small to medium audiencesEntrepreneurial mindset and highly motivatedAbility to thrive in a matrixed organizationWilling and able to travel within United States and Canada (up to 25%)Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree. Electrical components selling experience a plus.3+ Years of industrial product management experience in an industrial environment
