This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control II to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Manage a team of approximately 5 – 10 AML professionals performing financial crimes investigationsContribute to the assessment and validation of controls for AML processes and procedures to drive compliance with laws, rules, and regulationsEngage with Business and Compliance professionals to identify, capture, and escalate issues to senior managementRecruit, direct, motivate, and develop professional staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growthEnsure compliance with the timely execution of transactional investigations and drive quality control standards and performanceTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required7-10 years of total work experience, with 2-5 years of management experience, experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring desiredSubject matter expertise in financial crimes investigationsDelivery of data analytics, reporting of key risk indicators, and works comfortably with large data setsEvidence of People Leadership requiredOur Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
