Provide strong technical leadership in the structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assetsProvide a technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset IntegrityHas the ability to provide innovative solutions/automations/methodologies to build a differentiation for QuestDrive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scaleProvide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assignedDrive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competencyCoordinate the activities between the customer, sales organization, and global technical teamsFlexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sitesLead, develop, nurture, and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needsReview technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations, and design solutionsRequired Qualifications & Competencies:

Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering6-9 years of oil gas experience in the related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects)Should have sound knowledge of Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas:

Risk-Based Inspection methodologiesFixed equipment inspection tasks/proceduresInspection OptimizationFitness for Service & Life extension studiesRepair scope preparationStructural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structuresFamiliarity with codes and standardsKnowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.)Excellent verbal & written communication

Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structuresShould have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategyGood interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teamsExperience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)Desired Skills:

Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAPOPITO CertificateImplementation of Automation, AI, IOT technique
