Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Providence St Vincent Medical Center, in Portland, OR.Full-Time/Day ShiftThe Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Pharmacotherapy will work at the Providence St Vincent Pharmacotherapy service. This candidate works Monday through Friday in clinic in a patient facing position. Providence Pharmacotherapy Clinic works with patients and providers to help manage and administer specialty medications. Pharmacists ensure patients receiving specialty medications receive the safest, most effective, and highest quality of care. Diseases supported include osteoporosis, hepatitis C, multiple sclerosis, dermatology, and HIV care, with growth and development opportunities for additional disease state management.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.Preferred Qualifications:PharmD.
