The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) will collaborate with primary care physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high-quality care to PMG patients. The responsibilities of the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist predominantly fall into the following areas:Direct patient carePopulation-based disease managementPreceptor/EducatorPharmacy supportResearch/ProjectsProvidence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
