Negotiate strategic full account management with 360 support for Macy’s Omni Channel including all Promotional Planning by tactic for Carolina Herrera Beauty. Liaison with cross-functional internal departments in gaining insights and promoting innovative ideas to grow our brands. Monitor best ROI of key initiatives and ultimate management of account P&L to achieve Retail and Gross & Net Revenue Budgets with acceptable contribution to fixed cost. Key areas of expertise should include: negotiation, multi-tasking, strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, innovative spirit, team player working with cross-functional departments: Marketing, Retail, Field Team, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Education teams.What you'll get to do

• Collaborate with Sr. KAD, Women's & Men’s Fragrance KAM’s, Sr. Director Business Development to establish the overall account strategy & 3 years plan in line with 1) Macy’s retailer strategy, 2) role of Macy’s within the Puig retail footprint. Facilitate Casa Herrera plans among all cross-functional teams.• Main Puig contact for Macy’s Buying and Planning Omni teams for Carolina Herrera Beauty.• Bi-Weekly Meetings with Field Teams to provide updates, collaborate ideas and gain insights on in store via competition and strategies for by door and overall growth.• Assist Sr. KAD in CO-AD Planning with tactical programming in line with Sales Plans and ROI (Sampling, Print, Social, Digital, Media, Loyalty, Events) and maintain via seasonal Omni file utilized by all cross-functional departments. Work with Sales Operations on G2N Entries.• Learn New RGM system with different initiative scenarios input for optimum ROI results by reviewing past tactical program results and utilizing consumer data available.• Collaborate on Seasonal Sales Plans topside and by door both internally and with Macy’s.• Plan & Track order flows on Omni allocations with initial input/feedback via vendor set up forms provided to Macy’s.• Provide statistical data for New Door Opportunities criteria on Carolina Herrera Beauty Installs with Retail Team & Finance for KPI’s and anticipate and maximize Selling & Stock needs for P&L.• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal Sales & Stock Results to LY identifying by door opportunities utilizing Account Rubi reports.• Maximize PID/Brand Expansions/Stock Adjustments/Swaps for Omni and .COM opportunities.• Assist in new launch planning from orders to tactical programming across cross-functional teams.• Liaison with E-COM team on brand/launch priorities, COM sale opportunities, sampling initiatives, exposures, and innovation to continue to grow Omni channel.• Liaison with Retail/Marketing/Education on Best-in-Class counter execution and door needs, Special Event Collaboration, Counter Staffing.• Liaison with Demand Planning providing highlights, feedback & opportunities. Monitor Baseline document for correct PID Matrix.• Work with Customer Service on PO tracking & Weekly ORV report recap to Macy’s.• Collateral follow up & tracking for Fragrances Omni channels.We'd love to meet you if you have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in working experience.• 3-4 years’ work experience in Beauty sales, buying, planning.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, most notably, Excel and PowerPoint.• Comfortable working with numbers and analytical mindset.• Major department store retailer or vendor experience a plus.• Superb verbal and written communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations.• Able to influence and gain buy-in by building trustworthy relationships with integrity.• Excellent in execution.• Flexibility with Schedule and travel as necessary.• Systems Experience Preferred: PowerPoint, Excel, SAPCompensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
