The position was mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Offshore Projects of Asso Group.In general, the Project Engineer manages the execution phase of the projects, both at the office and offshore. It is required to combine technical knowledge and common sense in order to provide assistance and support to the teams both onshore and offshore.The candidate will participate in offshore projects as part of rotation basis which will include:Daily project reportsSite memosMethod statementsMeeting with clientsOverall offshore project monitoringResponsibilities:Documentation preparation according to contractReview of documentation during the implementation of the projectReview and check of Geotechnical documentation, cable routes & BASPreparation of Method StatementsStay in line with all information, maps and documents are prepared and available for the initiation of the projectDocumentation of project procedures and review according to commentsParticipation in Kick off Meetings, HAZID/HAZOP meetings during project execution, and Communication with clients. Also, preparation and/or monitoring of Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and reports regarding as per client/internal requests. Moreover, project monitoring on board the vessel (as per internal planning and request) and constant communication with Offshore Manager & Marine Superintendents.Preparation of Management Of Change (MOC), prepare and finalize As-built documentation, receive project data (survey) on a daily basis, receive and review of logbook notes and comments. Ensure that all project documentation is properly filled in the company’s internal documentation management system.Adhere to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all ASSO Group policies, guidelines and procedures; Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and compliance with all audits and inspections.RequirementsEducation & TrainingA higher university degree in Engineering; Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Scheduling, and CAD software required; Additional working knowledge of other foreign languages, (e.g. Italian, German, French etc.) are not a prerequisite but are to be considered as extra skills; Additional working knowledge of further engineering software such as Orcaflex, GIS are not a prerequisite but are to be considered as extra skills.Experience: 1-3 years related engineering experience; other working experience in similar positions is under consideration as well.BenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceFast-paced environmentSpecialization in a niche marketCompetitive compensationContinuous development opportunities
