We operate across the project lifecycle from technology and engineering, through construction, commissioning, and start-up.MISSION:The main missions of this position are to:Support Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects by developing:

Operations Readiness Program,Involvement in HAZID/HAZOP,Operability/Maintainability study,SIL study,Ensure interfaces with different disciplines as Instrument/system and HSED for Asset Integrity Management System,Follow-up of the O&M Manuals,Support OTS team for the different operation scenarios…

Guarantee from the project phase that the installations will be easily operable and exploitable in complete safety with good profitability.Provide the best execution plan for initial operation activities to our clients.Duties and Responsibilities:

(Not limited to)Guarantee that the Operations activities will take place under the conditions of Hygiene, health, safety, security and environment, quality, planning, costs.Put in place a strategy and a team to execute the OR activities if required.Participate in the implementation of the standards of the discipline then manage the system of improvement of the said discipline.Provide support for operation proposals (O&M Manuals, Training program, Operation team sizing…).Support operations during the initial phase of facility operation.Participate in the development of digital tools.Participate in HAZID/HAZOP study.Perform Operability and Maintainability studies: participation to 3D models, operability studies.Develop Operation and Maintenance Philosophy.Develop scenarios with ASE for different tools: OTS, ITS, and PODS.Support Maintenance Engineering activities.Define the skills required for future operators.Prepare Initial Operations for EPC.Required competencies:- Engineering degree with experience in the fields of operation & maintenance.- Strong recognized business expertise.- English proficiency.- Practical experience in operations of a facility plant and has the management and leadership skills to control the work activities and daily operations of the facilities.- Experience in the implementation and operation of Safety Management Systems and Emergency Response Plans.- Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control required for the petroleum industry.- A high level of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work within a multi-discipline integrated project team.
