Work closely with the rest of the team to design and implement our backend, frontend, and infrastructureWork inside our monorepo with a frontend/backend stack that includes React, Typescript, tRPC, Temporal, and PostgresIndependently clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates and apply a broad range of design approachesDevelop and improve team best practices for coding and designManage a production application that patients, doctors, and clinical staff depend uponParticipate in 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basisQualifications
3+ years of experience designing and coding back-end services using Node.js or Python for production commercial services that operate on the public internet3+ years of experience designing and coding browser-based applications using TypeScript, HTML5 and at least 1 Javascript application frameworkA high level of ownership, flexibility, and self-directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred qualificationsExperience integrating with common healthcare systems and standardsFamiliarity with HL7 and FHIR
