Database Engineer

to join a healthcare services organization. This is based in

Columbia, MD

with

3 days remote per week .

Essential Duties of the

Database Engineer:Provides insight for database architecture, design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis.Analyze business and IT requirements to help form IT strategies in the database layer.Evaluate and improve data ETL (extract/transform/load) processes and make suggestions for improved performance/scalability of large data loads.Create new or enhance existing ETL processes to support BI and data warehousing initiatives.Qualifications of the

Database Engineer:

8+ years of experience in database architecture, design, and implementation.8+ years of SQL Server administration experience.Strong PowerBI experience.Proven experience with building out a data warehouse.Ability to create scalable databases.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Compensation for the

Database Engineer:
