About the team and what we'll build together

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing planning, operational and optimization support for one of Kobie's key accounts. Partnering with various departments, you will help drive cohesive and strategic activities for the client, under the direction of the Account Director.

How you will make an impactSupport Kobie client's loyalty program, including strategy development, campaign planning & management, and reporting/optimizationResearch, review, and analyze client, competitive and industry information for the preparation of thought leadershipField and manage incoming client requests, working with both client and internal teams to prioritize execution of the most impactful workCoordinate with internal teammates to track project status against timelinesCreate and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelinesPartner with subject matter experts to review deliverables for quality and accuracyPrepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and other client communications and correspondenceCoordinate administrative details such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, etc.What you need to be successful

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industryUnderstanding of general marketing principals is a must; email or digital marketing experience a plusExperience in Retail industry is a plusProven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work proactively in a fast-paced environmentStrategic and tactical marketing experience through multiple channels (email, mobile, social) based on customer journeysFoundational understanding of business questions around data analysis and financial modelingSelf-motivated and able to work independently, applying good judgment and decision-making on your feetConfident and clear verbal + written communication and presentation skillsProactive in contributing ideas and in anticipating client/team needsOutcome driven, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailTechnical acumen - the ability to apply marketing and analytical concepts to the technology that will drive desired resultsResourceful, solutions-focused attitude that adapts well to changeProject management and planning skills
