We offer benefits like Health Insurance, FREE onsite medical clinic for all teammates & their dependents, PTO, 401k match, Free team member meals during shifts, Tuition reimbursement, and more!In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Assisting the entire team with a proactive approach to solving problems and managing projects.The ideal candidate will have ten plus years’ experience in construction management, architecture, or a similar field. Excellent skills in scheduling software and computer skills in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and MS Project are required. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent experience is preferred. A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record are required.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.Manage project budget & deliverables.Plan and schedule project timelines.Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc., to determine the specifications of a project.Negotiate contracts with external vendors.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.Provide direction and support to the entire Facilities team.Monitor quality assurance and conduct clubhouse inspections.Manage and institute inventory controls and service contracts.Bid, schedule, and procure clubhouse-related furniture, fixtures, textiles, equipment.Assist the Director of Facilities and Construction.Assist other Project Manager teammates.Assist Contract Administrator with work orders and Limble Solutions (CMMS).Other duties as assigned by management.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:Required to work indoors and outdoors in various environments.Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.Ability to climb 20-foot ladders.Ability to drive a motor vehicle or other vehicle.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
