The Trademark and Copyright Associate Attorney (Litigation) will be responsible for all aspects of district court litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, legal research, motion drafting, deposition preparation, and pre-trial preparation. Experience with pre-litigation investigations, settlement negotiations, enforcement, UDRPs, and contested TTAB matters is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and a demonstrated interest in becoming a top-tier litigator.Duties:Handle all aspects of district court litigation for trademark and copyright matters.Draft and respond to discovery requests.Manage document review and discovery management.Conduct legal research on trademark and copyright issues.Draft motions and other court filings.Prepare for depositions and pre-trial proceedings.Conduct pre-litigation investigations and enforcement actions.Participate in settlement negotiations.Handle contested matters before the TTAB.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar highly preferred.3+ years of trademark and copyright litigation experience.Strong academic credentials.Excellent legal writing and research skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Education & Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar preferred.Skills:Proficiency in trademark and copyright law.Strong litigation skills, including drafting motions and conducting depositions.Excellent legal writing and research abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated interest in becoming a top-tier litigator.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Supportive work environment with a collaborative team culture.Company infoDescriptionWe're looking for someone who is well rounded in the end-to-end journey of Medical Insurance to lead our Provider Systems team supporting Provider Operations across the enterprise.
