The Trademark and Copyright Associate Attorney (Litigation) will handle all aspects of district court litigation for trademark and copyright matters. This includes:Drafting and responding to discoveryManaging document reviewConducting legal researchDrafting motionsPreparing for depositionsAssisting with pre-trial preparationExperience with pre-litigation investigations, settlement negotiations, enforcement actions, UDRPs, and contested matters before the TTAB is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and a demonstrated interest in becoming a top-tier litigator.
