Develop and refine requirements and use cases with a focus on clarity and precision.Facilitate sessions with IT and business teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.Provide mentorship and support to junior analysts, promoting best practices in documentation and process improvement.Required Skills:
Solid background in Salesforce systems analysis with a minimum of 2 years experience.Fluent in Agile, with familiarity in Scrum or Kanban.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and process mapping tools.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.What We Offer:
