Systems Engineer (Senior):
Provides hardware and software engineering services for new and future technologies to improve the current AF network infrastructure. Performs technical analyses, documents results, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations to determine the system’s effectiveness for possible improvements for the infrastructure. Compares existing designs of similar infrastructures and prepares formal recommendations to make the infrastructure equivalent. Determines and documents the technical feasibility of designing, developing, engineering, and implementing capabilities to satisfy a new requirement. Designs, builds and deploys technical solutions meeting approved requirements and standards. Develops detailed documentation including system designs, implementation plans and administrative guides. Integrates new software into the system.
Required Skills:BA/BS or MA/MS with at least 10 years of experienceSecurity+ required.Information Assurance Security Architecture and Engineering (IASAE) Level 2 desired.
Minimum Requirements:U.S. CitizenshipTS with SCI eligibility required
