What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Human Resources division. This position falls under our Human Resources department and is located in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. In this role, you will develop and execute methods of identifying, sourcing, assessing and attracting top Sales talent for Corpay. You will partner closely with business executives, operational managers and senior staff to proactively source, screen and procure new talent into various sales roles throughout the organization. You will report directly to the Director, Sales Talent Acquisition.How We WorkAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment- in office 3 days per week. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Company-issued equipmentAssigned Workspace in office and home office set upFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions by way of cold calls, networking, reviewing applications/resumes and conducting interviewsMaking recommendations to hiring manager of qualified candidatesInterviewing applicants to validate their work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position where they are being consideredParticipating in Talent Acquisition based projects, including workforce planning and profile alignment, among other thingsActing as an employer brand Ambassador for Corpay through every candidate/community/vendor touchUtilizing online recruiting sources and social networks, making recommendations to identify and recruit candidates, and researching new ways of using technology for recruitmentIdentifying and utilizing viable recruiting sources such as educational institutions, employment organizations, media sources, online databases, social media and job fairs; maintaining a good working relationship with these sourcesProactively developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of talent for local and national positionsParticipating in the tactical and strategic planning process of various departments, matching business plan with recruiting needsManaging and driving projects and programs as a means of building the Talent Acquisition function in support of business requirementsKeeping abreast of state, federal, and company procedures/policies as they pertain to employment, safety, and health issuesResearching, analyzing, and presenting trends, metrics, and hiring statistics to leadershipEducating and training the hiring managers on hiring best practicesQualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 4+ years of recruiting experience with previous experience recruiting for sales positionsExperience managing a high volume of open requisitionsProven ability to strategize, prioritize and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fill candidate pipelineExperience recruiting at various job levels; hourly, professional, managerial, senior leadershipPrior experience utilizing an ATS toolProven ability to think strategically and put together recruiting strategies, including identifying creative sourcing channelsExperience with multiple and diverse candidate sourcing channels such as campus recruiting, job boards, business/diversity groups, social media, LinkedInSolid interpersonal, collaboration and communication skillsMust have strong time management skills, sense of urgency and ability to multitaskPHR and/or AIRS certifications preferredKnowledge of Behavioral, Situational and/or Competency Based interviewing techniquesBenefits & Perks
