Job Responsibilities:

Shape the vision / roadmap for and steer the squad in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact within the deliver organization.

Accountable for the business relationship management of the Deliver organization, supporting the Tier 1 Distribution Centers. Own vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to a product / platform (or scope of the product addressed by the squad) and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories, accountable for value delivery and value realization at the squad level.

Shape backlog, applying business expertise and voice of the customer, translate requirements & add acceptance criteria.

Approve all documentation related to the product.

Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing requirements and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.

Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create Technology Services Engage requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.

Accountable for defining and hitting squad Objectives and Key Results.

Work closely with business partners to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach.

Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks.

Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.

Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.

Lead issue resolution with Network and business partners for Blue Yonder and SAP eWM Warehouse Management Systems.

Support resolution of issues with WCS, Infrastructure, external suppliers, and business for WMS application/s.

Partner with Distribution Systems Technology and Technical Services (Engineering) to scope, define, and implement changes and projects.

Work with Security Risk Management, Infrastructure, and DC Operations teams on cyber risk remediation.

Work with vendor management team/s for SOWs and POs.

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes with strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems is required.

Experience as Blue Yonder WMS techno-functional is a must. Need to have done at least two Blue Yonder warehouse implementations.

New way to designing solutions.

Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile and Scaled Agile.

Demonstrated technical proficiency in supply chain technologies/systems.

Experienced in leading a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).

Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology).

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.

Desired:

WCS (Exacta) and WES are required. Other warehouse control systems such as Dematic, BOSS, and RFID, conveyors, and VLM’s are an asset.

8-10 years of Supply Chain, Supply Chain IT and/or relevant business experience within healthcare is preferred.

Knowledge of S/4 HANA
