Job Overview – Business Systems, ERP Accounting Analyst – 32515
A global client based in Charlotte is hiring a Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards migration experience to join their technology team. The right candidate enjoys dynamic environments, appreciates empathetic leadership, embodies strong team values and wants to see the impact of their work. This is a critical role and will be part of the team working with business owners to formulate innovative business solutions in support of current and future business and Company objectives, along with providing day-to-day support. Due to the nature of Enterprise Requirements Planning systems, this role will work with all functions of the organization but will focus on the Accounting and Finance requirements of the organization.
Experience:
5+ years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 or later.JD Edwards Financial modulesSpecific experience and In depth knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting and Implementation of Standard Costing in JDEExperience working with and/or providing business user support in an Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 or later environment.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical, project management and interpersonal/communication skills required.Demonstrated expertise in modeling and documenting business processes (i.e. As-Is, To-Be).Understanding of the EnterpriseOne toolset within the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system.Ability to lead team discussions, solicit input and facilitate decisions in a professional manner.Great organization and time management skills with the desire to complete projects on time.

Up to 10% Travel
