MANN+HUMMEL is enabler - we support our costumer in transforming their business to more sustainability.As active contributor, we drive our strategy to sustainability.The new Center of Competence Global Sustainability will ensure and support the transformation to sustainability, the fulfillment of regulatory (reporting) and costumer requirements. This department, located in Brno (CZ), managed by the Director Global Sustainability / CSR with a direct report to the CEO of MANN+HUMMEL Group.This role will help us to achieve our sustainability goals through intelligent data analysis and architecture. Our vision is to create a highly efficient, automated data sustainability ecosystem to analyze, report, manage and control all aspects of our sustainability strategy.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and steer the implementation of an integrative sustainability data-ecosystemDevelopment and implementation of data architectures to support our sustainability initiativesDeveloping and maintaining data pipelines to collect and analyze sustainability dataCreating dashboards and reports to visualize data and support strategic decisionsConducting data analyses to identify trends and derive recommendations for actionCollaborating with internal stakeholders to improve data collection and qualitySupport in the preparation of ESG reports (CSRD, etc.), ESG ratings and sustainability assessmentsYOUR PROFILE:
Education : Completed studies in field of Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Statistics or similarExperience : 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Architect, ideally in the field of sustainabilityRequired Skills : Sound knowledge of database technologies, ETL processes and data modeling, Experience with BI tools such as Power BI , programming skills in SQL, Visual Basic, Excel, Access, experience with SAP / Snowflake, knowledge of sustainability issuesLanguages:
Very good spoken and written English (C1+ Level), German is an advantageCompetences:
