Responsibilities:

Business planning and analysis of performance, achievement to targets and gap closure plansPromotion planning informed by data and analysis, maintain promotional calendar documentation for internal consumptionSupporting B2B eCommerce sales agents with deal structures for customer negotiations on ad hoc basisP&L analysis of all promotion and deal planning to drive profitable growth KPIActive reporting and insights to drive optimization during promotions and wrap-up analysis to document results and learnings, regular delivery of numbers and findingsDrive merchandising strategy and customer experience for promotions based on impact, inventory and business priorities, coordinating activities with cross-functional teamsWork with inventory manager to ensure alignment on promotion planning and merchandising activitiesIdentify process improvement opportunities and engage with cross-functional team to successfully implement new operational solutionsWorking in operational tools to set up promotional and other activitiesSupport daily operations maintenance, liaising with product, engineering, customer service, fulfillment, etc. teams on issue resolution and task achievementEducation / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor’s degree requiredData oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to communicate with internal and external parties at all levels3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce category management and/or operationsEcommerce platform and catalog management requiredDemonstrated ability to work with numbers, financials, P&L and various datasetsExpertise in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, data stitching and mathematical analysisStrong understanding of current technologies and systems that support the digital ecosystemStrong project or program management experience with attention to documentation, tracking and detailsAptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing resultsStrong customer-centric focus/ability to anticipate and react to user needsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary resultsDemonstration of innovation and initiative; always looking at improving the customer experience and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessaryAbility to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, partners, ecosystem and operationsCompensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:
