We are seeking an experienced Product Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing the technology and systems that drive our fulfillment processes. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within our fulfillment operations including the end-to-end management of the WMS and warehouse operations ecosystem.Duties and Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap for warehouse and fulfillment operations. Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that align with industry best practices and enhance the entire order fulfillment process. Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.Warehouse and Fulfillment Workflows Management: Oversee and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS), workflows, and other related technologies. Ensure seamless integration between these systems and other relevant platforms to maintain a highly efficient fulfillment ecosystem.Process Optimization: Analyze existing warehouse and fulfillment workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Implement improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to warehouse management and order fulfillment. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead the implementation of new technologies and processes. Monitor and analyze key product metrics and take appropriate actions to drive product improvements.ERP Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations Enablement: Manage warehouse, order, and inventory data and workflows within and connecting to our ERP (Dynamics365).Product Performance and Documentation: Define, own, and deliver key metrics to measure the success and performance of WMS and warehouse and fulfillment goals. Continuously monitor these metrics to identify areas for improvement and track product effectiveness. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications, to aid in effective product usage and communication.Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams during product launches, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across departments. Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by delivering presentations, demos, and training to stakeholders and customers.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations, Business, Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience with 5+ years as a Product Manager or similar role, in WMS, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Operations.Knowledge of HighJump WMS (Korber) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is a plus.Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Technical background and familiarity with software development processes, preferably with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and a desire to create exceptional products.Experience with Product and Technology tooling is a plus, such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, etc.Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
