What Is Required (Qualifications)
8-10 years of business experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking3-4 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firmProven leadership and people management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelGraduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in a science or finance-related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of project management experienceExperience with software implementations in the financial services industryDirecting global teamsBroad range of project work experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Hadoop, Mapreduce, Cloudera, and machine learningPrevious experience in projects related to financial crimesData experience, particularly with Big Data analytics
