What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the development and implementation process of the company's products and servicesCoordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing productsMonitor project schedules, budgets, and spending to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryFacilitate value stream processes and execution, including identifying risks and optimizing value flowAssist with economic decision-making and alignment of strategy and execution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of managerial experienceExpertise in managing software teams in an agile project management environmentExperience working with offshore teams and different geographical locationsExcellent communication skills and problem-solving abilityExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plusOOP experience in .NET and/or JAVA environments is a plusData development experience in Oracle/SQL environments is a plusBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industryStrong analytical and technical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
