Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Journeyman HRIS Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:Manages and conducts data analysis and standardizationDevelops data models for analysisExtracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadershipCollaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadershipCollaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if neededKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA LeadProcesses/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysisTools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQLBasic Qualifications:4-8 years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or 2-6 years with a M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is requiredOriginal Posting Date:
