Responsible for journal entries.Review and manage monthly open PO reports.Perform Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt maintenance and resolution.Manage credit card payments and reconciliation.Update and post cost reports weekly.Responsible for monthly allocations.SAP/Ariba Liaison between Operations.Handle periodic budget updates in financial systems.Process various Billbacks.Responsible for allocations for various Marketing vendors.Provide in-house agency management.Provide subject Matter Expert for onboarding tool, Graphite.Update media budgets.Conduct compliance checks and balances for the finance team.Plan and forecast updates in the Hyperion financial system.Required to prepare special projects and ad hoc analysis.Financial Analyst Qualifications
2-3 analyst work experience preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Finance or accounting.SAP experience preferred.Multitasker (this is a fast-paced department).Good Communication skills.Active Listener.Excel knowledge.Financial Analyst Shift
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pmHybrid: Wednesday and Thursday in Office
