This role will also be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of the Employee’s annual salary based on Management By Objective (MBO) performance goals and/or targets set by the employee and their direct supervisor. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.As a Revenue Operations Manager, Partnerships, you’ll …Position yourself as a trusted partner for our Partnerships Team and Sales Leadership Team, partnering closely with our Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and our Director of Partnerships to amplify the Partnerships engine.Develop and maintain comprehensive Partner Team reporting & dashboards, leveraging data and systems to track key metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Report on OKRs and key metrics during monthly business reviews, as well as fulfilling one-off analyses when needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Partner Manager Territory strategy & assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and alignment with company objectives and partner needs.Take ownership of channel deal registration processes and collaborate closely with the sales team on co-selling initiatives.Lead the charge on Partnerships-focused Systems projects, taking ownership of the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of tools and processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability.Develop, define, and document best-practice processes for our Partner Team; providing resources and ongoing support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.About you3+ years experience managing projects and cross-functional programs related to Partnerships & Channel Sales strategy and operations.Experience as an Admin in Salesforce, along with proficiency in Outreach, Gong, and similar Sales tools.You’ll thrive as a Revenue Operations Manager, Partnerships if you:Excel at spotting challenges, assessing their significance, crafting innovative solutions, and steering projects to fruition.Track record of developing repeatable, scalable solutions through the use of technology & automation.Strong relationship builder with cross-functional leadership and peers.Exhibit a deep-seated commitment to our customers and our team, instilling a culture of excellence and innovation while embracing a sense of urgency.Our Core Behaviors:Obsess over customer experience.
