In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting Customer Success operations to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and tools.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting Customer SuccessCollaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive customer experienceManage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and operational efficiencyEnsure data accuracy across customer accounts and identify areas for improvementLeverage Customer Success methodologies and tech tools to enhance operational efficiencyOversee Customer Success dashboards and reports for actionable insightsMaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentationPartner with the Go-To-Market team for effective onboarding of Customer Success ManagersRequirements for Success:2-4 years of SaaS experience, with a focus on operations or project managementProficiency in Salesforce and other customer success toolsStrong understanding of customer success principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with teamsSalary:The base salary for this role in the US ranges from

$61,000 to $74,000 +, with total compensation including a quarterly bonus plan.
