Its curriculum is used extensively throughout the United States, and the company has the number one licensable symbol set used to develop special education content.The Customer Support Specialist position requires a strong customer focus and commitment to improve processes in a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for contributing to the growth of a rising organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests via phone, email, live chat, help cases, and customer forums.Keep careful records of customer activity in data entry tools.Identify and manage customer issues and feedback to effectively deliver information to the right channels.Contribute to customer retention efforts and other designated outreach assignments.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent telephone manner.Strong written and verbal skills.Strong computer and technology skills.Prior data entry experience.Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.Ability to multi-task.Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team.High School diploma or GED, college experience a plus.Must be able to adapt schedules based on season and volume.BenefitsThe Temporary Customer Support Specialist role is a seasonal opportunity, and while our seasonal team members are incredibly valued, this role is unfortunately not eligible for full-time benefits.
