Customer Success Billing Representative

to join the team. (Remote Friendly) Work 11 am - 7 pm CSTResponsibilitiesAbility to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize daily tasksWork cross-functionally (e.g., Customer Success, Reimbursement, Sales) to ensure meeting/exceeding company goalsAnswer all patient calls and email inquiries to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues related to insurance billing.Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring they feel supported and valued.Use proactive problem-solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers of varying complexityUnderstand and strive to meet or exceed call metrics while providing excellent consistent customer serviceQualificationsAbility to communicate effectively with patients by telephone and emailResults-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with a hands-on mentalityProven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes smoothlyExcellent customer service skills and ability to connect with healthcare professionals across a variety of roles (physicians, care team members, patients, etc.)Possess a very positive attitude and an understanding of the dynamics involved with organizational growth and changePrior experience working credit balancesHighly analytical and detail-orientedDemonstrate the hiring company's Values by acting with integrity, respect, and trustRequired Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle/billing operationsBilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax, a plusExperience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Docs)Salesforce experience a plusExperience working with virtual teams a plus
