What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, STEM or related field2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing CloudMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting SalesforceMinimum 2 years of full-time experience in analytics, project management, problem-solving, and database managementSalesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder certification a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related serviceFamiliarity with emerging technologies and digital tools
