Provide exceptional customer service and support for customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industryTroubleshoot and assist with streaming services on various devicesUtilize Microsoft Office and CRM applications to manage customer interactionsDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilitiesUse multiple applications simultaneously to provide efficient and effective support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experienceExperience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)Technical support experienceStrong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a streaming media or entertainment industry
