Act as patient advocate to resolve questions or concernsCollect patient, source information, and input data into e-IntakeDevelop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the employerManage all aspects of initial intake via high volume inbound phone callsProvide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalentOne to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environmentExperience in medical field and administrative record managementStrong customer service backgroundBasic Computer and Basic Internet skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of medical billing practicesExperience in a healthcare-related service roleBasic understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policiesStrong communication skills in English
