What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious medical and/or call center experience a plusAbility to work and learn in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a medical or call center settingProficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
