What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma required, advanced education or college degree preferred2+ years of contact center experience, preferably in healthcareBilingual in English and SpanishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous contact center quality monitoring experienceCustomer service experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environmentUnderstanding of pharmaceutical access and affordability programsHealthcare-related contact center experience dealing with patients, healthcare providers, and payersProficiency in MS Office
