Business Services Associate Attorney

A law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Mid-level Business Services Associate Attorney with a focus on general corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, entity formation, governance, joint ventures, and vendor and supply agreements. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize a fast-paced workload. Additional experience with private placement and financing transactions is preferred.
