The Insurance Defense Attorney will handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of California insurance laws.Duties:
Provide legal representation to clients in insurance defense cases.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.2-7 years of experience practicing insurance defense law.Familiarity with California civil procedure and insurance regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Certifications:
Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:
