The Insurance Defense Attorney will represent clients in insurance defense matters, manage caseloads, and provide legal counsel. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of insurance law.Duties:
Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Nevada State Bar.2-7 years of experience practicing insurance defense law.Proficiency in relevant legal software and research tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Certifications:
Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.Skills:
