has an opportunity for a full-time attorney with 3 or more years of experience to join our thriving

San Jose, CA

location. With more than 150 attorneys located in major cities nationwide, we have the depth of knowledge and trial skills that are needed to defend our clients in the areas of product liability, general liability, and consumer warranty. Our associates work closely and collaboratively across all of our offices to personalize best in class case strategies for our clients. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters.

We are looking for attorneys with the following skills and experience:

Understanding of current state and federal civil procedureExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, time management, and project management skillsInterest and ability to handle case management, case evaluationWorking with others in a team-oriented environment is essentialJD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials3+ years of civil litigation experienceCurrent California Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
