Posted Monday, February 5, 2024 at 5:00 AMGlobal Finance Data & Integration Sr. ManagerROLE SUMMARYThe Global Finance Data & Integration Sr. Manager is responsible for our strategy and ongoing execution of financial and operational data. The role will ensure we are driving global consistency for data, reporting, analytics, and business performance management processes. Through the management of direct reports, this position is also responsible for the ongoing documentation and evaluation of financial business processes, anticipating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions within the ERP system for their process areas.Key leader for ERP integration and optimization projects, responsible for the integration of acquired businesses and overseeing the implementation of new sites, a new set of processes and/or optimizations within existing sites and functions.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Integration of Acquired Companies or Mergers:Lead Financial Integration Partner to create strategy and execution for General Ledger, Trial Balance, Financial reporting and consolidation of all financials to Kindeva.Lead the Finance and Accounting integration of all systems and financial processes to Kindeva.Define and map all financial dimensions, trial balance and accounts to Kindeva and create the ERP systems integration strategy.Standardization and optimization of financial data across the organization enabling consistent information to drive key decisions for the leadership team.Work with Finance and Accounting staff to expand system capabilities and enhance business processes with system functionality.Enhance system knowledge with training and workshops to improve knowledge base.Global Process, Reporting & Analytics:Lead global data quality, process and reporting related projects and provide insights to management on issues, trends, and root causes.Collaborate with internal customers to ensure understanding and appropriateness of reports and data requirements delivering consistency in capabilities used to drive our business.QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience in Financial or Accounting hands-on role as Controller or FP&A leadership role managing financial data, systems and leading teams for business partner improvements.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and an MBA is preferred.Extensive Finance business systems knowledge with Tier I ERP systems and financial reporting databases.Knowledgeable and working experience with Supply Chain / Operations Management, procure to pay, order to cash, Supply Planning, Procurement, Production Operations, Warehouse Management and Inventory, Asset Management, record to report or related system processes for a manufacturing/medical device company.Results-oriented; displays persistence when facing complex challenges; applies problem-solving skills and tools to overcome obstacles & drives accountability for self, peers and team members.Ability to analyze situations, apply independent judgment, discretion and initiative to address problems and develop practical, thorough and creative solutions.Strong team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to communicate with IT and business team members across multiple levels & functions of the organization.Familiarity with quality assurance processes and change management.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSExperience leading large cross-functional teams through project scoping, business case development, planning & execution.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.Kindeva Drug Delivery (KDD)/Meridian Medical Technologies (MMT) is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
