Position Summary:
Sonatech is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for our growing company. This position is responsible for contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle of Government contracts and subcontracts in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other government regulations.
Responsibilities:
Review RFPs and create summary of RFP requirements, including Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions
Support program teams with proposal development
Route complete proposal for internal approval and submit to customer
Review awarded contracts for inclusion of agreements made during negotiation
Create a contract summary and distribute to organizational leads
Ensure timely submittal of contract billings to customers
Support drafting and tracking of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consulting Agreements and other contractual agreements
Support the property management process
Manage the contract database and all associated files
Maintain awareness of regulatory changes (e.g. FAR, DFARS, ITAR, etc.) and possible impact on current/future solicitations and current contracts
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the head of the Contracts Department
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field (business, finance, legal studies, contracting)
At least 3 years' contracting experience with the Federal Government and understanding and knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
Extensive experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents
Superior attention to detail; organization and good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Ability to show discretion and maintain confidentiality
Must be a U.S. Citizen and qualify for a secret clearance
Desired:
Professional designation from National Contract Management Association (NCMA), such as Certified Federal Contracts Management (CFCM), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
Experience in various types of contracts (e.g. CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP) in development, production, and sustainment services
Experience in Government Property Management reporting
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Active Secret clearance
Salary Range: $96,000 - $122,000

Sonatech considers many factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
