for a leading financial lender located in Philadelphia, PA. Per the client, there will be sponsorships. On-site candidates only.Responsibilities:The Business Analyst works with the business and IT and leads the team in delivering the best solutions using the latest Agile methodologies. These solutions will take the form of technology products and process improvements.Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs for various proprietary and third-party mortgage platforms.Requirements:5+ years as Business Analyst with experience in the Mortgage Industry.Expert at creating functional specs through translation of business requirements.Knowledge of mortgage process - underwriting, loan origination, servicing.Experienced with UAT and Functional Testing (or other types of manual testing).Capable of production support as needed within mortgage platforms.
