Business Analyst (Banking Domain) CTH (6+ months) PA (onsite/hybrid)Job Responsibilities:Banking/Financial Domain experience required.Work closely with the BA Lead on the development of new systems that will allow the bank to offer new goods and services to its stakeholders.Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements.Create documents with high-level requirements.Assist technical teams in developing the best use cases and database design.During various stages of testing, coordinate with the testing team in the UAT phase, representing end-users.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.The capacity to motivate others and lead change.A strong interest in business and business development.The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes.
