Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) a premium regional security provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philadelphia area.
Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 plus Bonus Plan (Commensurate with experience)
Commissions : Unlimited + $500.00/month
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Driving business growth, helping business make decisions and developing relationships. Their duties can vary on a day-to-day basis, but may include:
Identifying opportunities: Researching target markets, attending meetings, and networking to find opportunitiesGenerating leads: Cold calling, reaching out to prospects, and pursuing leads through the sales cycleCreating plans: Developing growth strategies, forecasting sales targets, and setting goals for business and revenue growthNegotiating: Negotiating client pricing and developing and negotiating contractsPromoting: Demonstrating products or services and guiding customers through purchase decisionsMaintaining relationships: Maintaining positive client relationships and providing feedback to salespeopleClosing deals: Proposing and cultivating business deals, and closing new business dealsKnowledge:
Prefer a bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent or professional experience on a case-by-case bases.5 years of progressively responsible experience in security or equivalent field.Skills/Abilities:
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.Technological experiencePersistent ApproachReliableAbility to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.Excellent planning, organization, and leadership/supervisory skills.Strong customer service and quality orientation.Ability to be an effective member of and lead project teams.Ability to function effectively in a matrix management organization.Ability to facilitate progressive change.A willingness to take prudent risks.
