Job DescriptionWe'd Love to See: Client Success and Implementation Managers for Reston, VA location. Manage the implementation and support of Client Solutions team and oversee the deployment, from contract signing through launch of deliverables. Apply knowledge of the telecommunications and technology industry to develop and implement project plans that align customer timelines with internal resources. Act as the single outward facing project manager who will also provide strategic recommendations on solutions and services relative to the client’s goals. Establish strong client relationships by understanding the account strategy to further enhance technical and tactical efforts. Translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows that will be implemented for development and client solutions. Collaborate and provide input for internal teams such as Product, Sales, Engineering, etc. Further assist internal teams in the architecture, planning, and governance of implementing projects. Deliver market feedback from customers to product and engineering teams. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes for project plans. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of new aspects of projects. Gather and organize information on problems and procedures.Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or with implementing and supporting client solutions and deployment from contract signing through launch of deliverables in a large telecommunications environment required.Required Skills: leveraging network, transport protocol stacks including TCP/IP, UDP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP; Utilizing major operating systems and tools including Sun Solaris, Red Hat Linux, and HP UX; Translating business requirements into technical use cases and data flows; Performing architecture, planning, and governance of IT projects; Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum Software Development Lifecycle Processes; Implementing and supporting client solutions and deployment from contract signing through launch of deliverables in a large telecommunications environment.Background check required. 40% telecommuting permitted.(*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 7 years of progressive experience in the job offered or with implementing and supporting client solutions and deployment from contract signing through launch of deliverables in a large telecommunications environment also acceptable).37.5hrs/wk.
